Power Barges
Polar Energy is a global leader in the development, design and construction of floating electrical power generation, including the world's largest combined cycle floating power plant located in India.  The development of new fuels and fuel sources combined with the difficulties of permitting new generation facilities on land in both developed and non-developed countries provides impetus to the development of floating power plants installed in ports, estuaries and in offshore
locations.

Polar has also developed the concept of modular power generation facilities; complete plants constructed in a country of lower labor cost, shipped and installed in countries of higher labor cost.
